Overview
The Copy.ai Salesforce Integration enables you to seamlessly connect your Copy.ai workspace with your Salesforce instance, allowing you to automate workflows and synchronize data between the two platforms.
With the Copy.ai Salesforce Integration, you can trigger workflows based on events in Salesforce, such as when an account or contact is updated. These triggers can then initiate actions in Copy.ai, such as generating personalized content or updating prospect information. Conversely, actions performed in Copy.ai can be reflected back in Salesforce, ensuring that your data remains consistent and up to date across both systems.
Users can configure the Salesforce OAuth integration via connecting with username and password credentials. Each Copy.ai user can connect one or more Salesforce accounts to make it easier to perform testing in a sub-production environment. Connections can be named for ease of use.
For best practices, we recommend connecting with a service account.

Streamline contact research and outreach - Similar to account research, the integration can trigger contact research workflows when a contact is updated in Salesforce. Copy.ai generates in-depth research on the contact, crafts a personalized first draft of an outreach message, and updates the contact record in Salesforce with this information.
