5-day Refund Policy
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of your purchase.
To request a refund, you will need to contact us within five days of the charge. Please note that cancelling your account does not automatically result in a refund. Cancellations are defaulted to be set at the end of your billing cycle, and we do not issue refunds for any months in which you have already used your account outside of our policy.
If you have used your account in the same calendar month as your refund request, we cannot provide a refund. In these cases, we recommend cancelling your account to prevent future subscription charges.
Refunds apply only to your current subscription charge and do not include prior-month charges or any additional charges added to your account. Our customers are responsible for managing their accounts and active subscriptions.
