Overview

The Translate Text (DeepL) action allows you to translate any text into one of 31 target languages. It takes the text to be translated as input, along with a target language selection, and a formality level selection. The action is useful for efficiently translating content like documents and web content into multiple languages while maintaining accuracy.

Usage Examples

  • Bulk Translation - This action is really useful if you need to translate large volumes of content like product pages from one language (e.g. English) into multiple target languages (e.g. 10 languages) in bulk. This saves significant time and money compared to manual translation.

  • Translating Work Documents - You can use this action to translate work documents like one-pagers or other text content into desired languages. This is handy for sharing information across multilingual teams or working with international clients/partners.

  • Translating Web Content - This action allows you to easily translate your website content, including user reviews, into multiple languages for international audiences. This supports internationalizing your web presence.

Inputs

  • Text to Translate - The text that needs to be translated into the target language.

  • Target Language - Select the language you want to translate the text into.

    • Supported languages: BG - Bulgarian, CS - Czech, DA - Danish, DE - German, EL - Greek, EN-GB - English (British), EN-US - English (American), ES - Spanish, ET - Estonian, FI - Finnish, FR - French, HU - Hungarian, ID - Indonesian, IT - Italian, JA - Japanese, KO - Korean, LT - Lithuanian, LV - Latvian, NB - Norwegian (Bokmäl), NL - Dutch, PL - Polish, PT-BR - Portuguese (Brazilian), PT-PT - Portuguese, RO - Romanian, RU - Russian, SK - Slovak, SL - Slovenian, SV - Swedish, TR - Turkish, UK - Ukrainian, ZH - Chinese (simplified)

  • Formality - Determines how formal you want the translated text to be.

    • Select from: Default, more formal, less formal

Outputs

  • Translated Text: The sole output is the text that has been translated from the original language (provided in the text input) into the target language specified.
