Overview

The Rewrite with Brand Voice action allows you to rewrite any input text in a specific brand voice of your choosing. This is particularly useful when you have newly generated copy that needs to be tailored to match the tone and personality of a particular brand or persona. First, input the text you want rewritten into the designated field. Then, select the desired brand voice from a dropdown menu populated by brand voices you've previously defined and saved in the Brand Voice section of your account Assets. The action will rewrite the input text to match the characteristics and instructions associated with the chosen brand voice, ensuring a consistent and on-brand tone across your content.

  • Text to Rewrite - The text that you want to have rewritten in a specific brand voice. e.g. An email for outreach

  • Brand Voice - A drop down selector to choose the brand voice in which the text will be rewritten. Choose from any brand voice that is available in your Teamspace. e.g. Salesperson's brand voice

Outputs

The output of the action is the text that has been rewritten in the selected brand voice.

Troubleshooting

  • No brand voice available - If you don't have any brand voices set up yet, you'll need to navigate to the 'Brand Voice' section in the left navigation menu. From there, you can input example content to be analyzed. The analysis will generate brand voice instructions that tell the AI how to rewrite content in that specific tone and style. Alternatively, you can write your own custom brand voice instructions instead of using the generated ones. Save these instructions, and they will then be available in the dropdown for the Rewrite with Brand Voice action.

  • Multiple brand voices needed - The platform allows you to manage multiple different brand voices for various contexts like your blog, support channels, individual salespeople, company leadership, etc. Each one can have its own set of brand voice instructions saved separately. This allows you to rewrite content accurately for the intended audience and purpose.

  • Content not rewritten properly - If the rewritten output doesn't sound true to the selected brand voice, double check that the brand voice instructions are clear and accurate. You may need to tweak or expand on the instructions to better capture the desired tone. Make sure the example content used to generate the instructions is representative.

  • Mapping input text - To use this action, you must first map the text/content you want rewritten to the input field. This could be things like emails, blog posts, product descriptions etc. The mapped input text will then be rewritten according to the chosen brand voice.
